Section 1

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise. These definitions apply to all sections of this agreement and to all supplementary policies published on the cbb44 platform.

Section 2

Account Registration & Eligibility

To access real-money services on cbb44, players must complete the account registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information. The following eligibility conditions apply to all prospective and existing players:

• You must register using your own true legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. False registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• cbb44 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

General Terms of Use

• You agree that cbb44 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

cbb44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, product, or service on the platform at any time, with or without prior notice, and without liability to the player except for the return of any uninvested real-money balance held at the time of discontinuation.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

• Funds deposited on cbb44 may only be used for wagering purposes. Depositing funds solely to transfer them out without wagering activity may be treated as suspicious financial activity and will result in account investigation.
• Any deposits made by methods other than those listed as accepted payment methods on cbb44 will be returned to the source and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
• cbb44 reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits and to request a staged withdrawal schedule for large win amounts at its sole discretion.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

cbb44 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions on cbb44 unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to players who hold a verified, active cbb44 Account in good standing and who have not been flagged for bonus abuse, irregular betting, or terms violations.
• Each player is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states that it is a recurring or reload offer. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules govern all wagering activity on the cbb44 platform, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, fishing games, and any other wagering products available from time to time. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published separately within each product category on the platform.

Casino Games: All casino game outcomes on cbb44 are determined by certified random number generators supplied by our licensed game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are as published by the relevant game provider. cbb44 does not alter game RTP settings beyond those supplied by providers.

• In the event of a sporting event being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules published for the relevant sport and market.
• cbb44 reserves the right to void bets and suspend markets in the event of suspected match-fixing, irregular market activity, or official investigation of a sporting event.
• Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by market, sport, and account status.
• Any winnings resulting from a technical malfunction, software error, or human error in odds compilation are not valid and cbb44 reserves the right to void the affected bets and reclaim any erroneously credited funds.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

cbb44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the single-account rule, bonus abuse prohibition, or fair play obligations.
• The player has engaged in or is suspected of engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity in connection with their cbb44 Account.
• The player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute in connection with a deposit made to their cbb44 Account.
• The player has used automated tools, bots, or exploited software vulnerabilities in connection with their Account.
• The player's account is inactive and has held a zero balance for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their cbb44 Account may do so by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no bonus funds or investigation hold is active on the account.

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and result in the immediate suspension of the player's ability to log in, deposit, or wager on the platform for the duration of the exclusion period.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cbb44 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the player's use of, or inability to use, the cbb44 platform or any service offered therein.

cbb44 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While cbb44 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of the platform, it does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, and third-party service disruptions may cause temporary unavailability without liability to the player.

• cbb44 shall not be liable for any loss of funds resulting from a player sharing their login credentials with a third party or failing to maintain the security of their Account.
• cbb44 shall not be liable for delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard, or by local banking infrastructure beyond cbb44's control.
• cbb44 shall not be liable for any tax obligations arising from a player's winnings. Players are solely responsible for determining and meeting their own tax obligations in their jurisdiction in relation to any winnings received from cbb44.
• The total aggregate liability of cbb44 to any individual player for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the value of the real-money balance held in that player's cbb44 Account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on cbb44, constitute the entire agreement between the player and cbb44 with respect to use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
